1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

All orders placed on usa-en-vigorpeak.com are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and official public holidays). Upon dispatch, a automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking carrier link is sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

We provide nationwide shipping across the United States as well as international delivery options to select global regions:

• Standard US Shipping: 3 to 5 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS ground.
• Free Shipping Promotion: FREE standard domestic US shipping is automatically applied to all 3-Bottle (90-day) and 6-Bottle (180-day) packages. Single bottle orders incur a flat $9.95 standard shipping fee.
• International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days (subject to local customs clearance protocols and local postal services).

3. Discrete Packaging Guarantee

We respect your privacy. All VigorPeak™ orders are wrapped and shipped in plain, unmarked, durable protective packaging. There are no explicit product claims or sensitive wording printed on the external box or shipping label.

4. 60-Day Refund & Return Protocol

If you are not 100% satisfied with the results of VigorPeak™, you may request a refund within 60 calendar days from the original date of parcel delivery. To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to [email protected] with your original order confirmation number.
2. Obtain RMA Approval: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with designated fulfillment center return address details.
3. Return Product Bottles: Ship back all ordered product bottles (including empty, partially used, or full bottles) to our return facility with the RMA clearly written on the outside box.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Processing

Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service, as VigorPeak™ cannot issue refunds for returned parcels lost in transit without postal proof of delivery. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return shipment, refunds are issued back to the original credit card or payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your package arrives damaged during transit or contains missing items, please contact our support desk within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly issue a replacement package at no additional cost to you.
